ELOC Scholarship Golf Outing
Play a few holes of golf while helping a future student keep on par as a leader of the future.
Northern
Kentucky University's Executive Leadership and Organizational Change
(ELOC) program will host a golf outing on June 27 to raise scholarship
money to help shape a future student into an effective,
transformational leader.
The event begins at
11:30 a.m. at the Kenton County Willows Golf Course (3908 Richardson
Road, Independence). Golfers are invited to take on 18 holes at the
scenic and slightly hilly course. Following golf, guests are treated to
a delicious dinner, awards from the day's games, and also a silent
auction.

Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Chamber Golf Outing
June is the perfect time of year to hit the green — and give back to the local business community.
On
June 14, join the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce in its annual golf
outing, sponsored by Mt. Washington Savings and Loan at Royal Oak
Country Club (One Stillmeadow Drive, Withamsville).
Registration and lunch begin at 11:00 a.m., with golf at 12:30 p.m. and dinner and awards at 6:00.
Many
options are available to fit every golf group, as well as every budget.
Registration options include: Full hole ($600, four players), half hole
($350, two players), individual golfer ($125, matched with a foursome)
and non-playing hole sponsor ($125). Dinner-only registration is also
available for $30.
Included in this payment are
greens fees, golf cart, range balls, lunch, dinner and a hole sponsor
sign. Golfers are also awarded gift certificates for future rounds of
golf at Royal Oak.

The First Annual Women's Mental Health Day
Between work, families and pressure to get ahead, it can be hard for working women to catch a break.
Until
now, that is. A Sound Mind Counseling Services presents the First
Annual Women's Mental Health Day on June 26 to help women move towards
wellness of the mind, body and spirit.
The day
focuses on breakout sessions in a variety of areas affecting women:
Overcoming anxiety, women in the workplace, managing depression,
spirituality, single parenting and relationship recovery techniques.
Door prizes, massages, a Zumba workout lesson and vendors are just some
of the special treats awaiting guests. Lunch will be included.
The
event will be held at the Overflow Ministries Covenant Church (10870
Hamilton Ave., Mount Healthy Heights) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with
registration starting at 8:30 a.m.
