Reader's Poll 10/13/11
Protestors have set up camp in Piatt Park on Garfield Place demanding action on behalf of the "99 percent". Should they be forced to move? Are there safety concerns? What do you think?

They should be allowed to protest, exactly where is the "safety hazard" Our politicians and authorities are much more of a hazard. I applaud their efforts and I shall not vote for an incumbant. Fire all on office and start over

I'm certainly not a billionaire nor a millionaire either for that matter (not even close), so I guess I'm part of the 99% they supposedly represent. However, if laws are broken they should be prosecuted or asked to move. Surely they can find another way or a better place to protest. I doubt that the Tea Party would have been given a bye or any other special accommodations, and they've surely made their point known.
